Looking to use up all that extra Easter Chocolate laying around? well we have the perfect solution, Alaria Rice Krispie buns.
We have used the chocolate to make rice krispie buns and of coarse we added some seaweed!
The Seaweed we used this week is Alaria also known as Wakame a lovely green seaweed full of vitamins and minerals.
Here is what you will need to make our Alaria rice krispie buns:
10g of Wakame, Get it here!
300g of Chocolate
125g of Rice Krispies
tablespoon of Vanilla Extract
A Squeeze of Honey
Sprinkles for topping
Method:
- Break up chocolate and place in a bowl over a saucepan of water to melt
- Remove from the heat and fold in Alaria, Honey, Vanilla extract and Rice Krispie’s
- Top with sprinkles of your chocie or mini eggs that may also be left over from Easter
- Spoon into cases and allow to set either at room temperature or in the fridge
- Then Enjoy!
