We decided to go back to our roots and adapt an old classic Nori Apple Crumble
The years old debate whether your a crumble lover or a tart lover is still on going but this Nori recipe will work both ways adding that little extra!

Here is what we used:
- 125g of plain flour
- 125g of Caster Sugar
- Pinch of Cinnamon
- 125g of Butter
- 450g of Cooking Apples peeled, sliced
- 1 tbsp Nori, get it here
- Whipped Cream for serving
Method:
- Preheat Oven to 190 C/ Gas 5
- Peel, chop apple and add to saucepan to boil and soften
- Add Flour, Sugar and butter in a bowl and crumble together
- Add 1 Tbsp of Nori to soften apples and stir well
- Once mixed add apple mixture to your dishes
- Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon before adding crumble on top
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Serve hot with cream or ice-cream
- Enjoy your Nori apple crumble guilt free!
