Here’s what you need:

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 200C/ or gas mark 6
  2. Boil 350g of your chosen pasta type for 5 minutes and drain
  3. Melt 3tbsp of butter is a saucepan
  4. Once melted, remove from the heat and mix with 3 tbsp of plain flour
  5. Cook for 1 minute then gradually whisk 500ml of milk until thick and smooth consistency
  6. Take off the heat and add your 250g of Cheddar cheese Sea Salad Sprinkles and any other seasonings
  7. Stir sauce into pasta and place in an oven proof dish
  8. Add your extra toppings of cheese and scatter bread pieces and bake for 15 – 20 minutes until crispy
  9. Extra Tip: Mac N’Cheese can be frozen before baking to enjoy your sea salad Mac N’Cheese again at a later date.
