- 125g/4oz Odlums Flour
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 Egg
- 300ml/½pt Milk
- Oil for frying
- Tablespoon of Caster Sugar
- Sea Salad Sprinkles, Get them here!
- Maple Syrup
- Cream/Fruit for topping
