Description

Irish Moss Powder is an exclusive blend of only the purest Carrageen/Chondrus Crispus. Harvested by hand by 5th generation seaweed harvesters from the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of County Clare in Ireland. Add 1 teaspoon of the seaweed powder daily to smoothies, shakes or sprinkle into food.

Irish Moss is raw, vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO and it contains 92 of the approximately 102 essential minerals that the body is composed of.

It holds excellent anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties.

Vegan friendly, it is one of the few vegetarian sources of B12.
HOW TO USE

Add 1 teaspoon daily to smoothies, shakes, juices or yoghurt, or sprinkle into soups, sauces, porridge and other foods. Start with a small amount and increase gradually according to taste.
