HOW TO USE

Add a small amount to smoothies, juices, soups or broths, or stir into savoury dishes. Begin with the recommended serving and follow the preparation guidance on the label. Because iodine levels can vary considerably in seaweeds, particularly Bladderwrack, do not exceed the stated serving.
