A carefully selected blend of Dillisk, Wakame, Sugar Kelp, Nori and Sea Lettuce — combining red, brown and green seaweeds hand-harvested from the Atlantic waters off County Clare.
Red seaweeds provide naturally occurring fibre, brown seaweeds are naturally rich in iodine, and green seaweeds contribute chlorophyll and fibre. Together, they create a mineral-rich blend with varied flavour and texture.
