Five hand-harvested Irish seaweeds from the Atlantic waters off County Clare, selected for their distinct flavours and naturally occurring nutrients.
Dillisk brings savoury umami, fibre, protein and iron; Kombu adds deep flavour and iodine; Nori offers protein, iron and antioxidants; Carrageen contains fibre, calcium and iodine; while Sea Salad provides a colourful blend of red, brown and green seaweeds with naturally occurring vitamins and minerals.
Use individually or together in soups, stews, eggs, sauces, salads and snacks.
